Mission 1 - Stress, the Sandbag to Your Success

I want to share an impactful story that, to this day, brings tears to my eyes.
A dear friend of mine, who had lost her mother far too soon, and shortly thereafter survived and thrived through cancer, has transformed her life.
Not solely through breathwork, but certainly through working with my wife and I.
Traveling to our retreat space in Ecuador, Amaroo our piece of paradise, and breaking free of the anxiety and stress that threatened to define her story.
Once she released these limiting emotions that plagued her thoughts daily over the years, she regained the clarity and strength of her heart,.
She regained the power of her voice, and her creativity.
This release didn't create a small difference in her life, she has catapulted into a global charting artist.
Sharing her healing voice and story with the world AND supporting others thriving through cancer with her amazing heart, smile, and music.
Her name is Melissa Bonilla, and her journey teaches us that our greatest challenges often hide our greatest opportunities for growth.

Think of negative emotions like debuffs in your favorite RPG.
Just as a poison effect slowly drains your character's health bar, anxiety and stress deplete your real-life energy reserves.
Every time you face a challenge while carrying these debuffs, you're essentially fighting a boss battle with reduced stats.
However, just as you can use healing potions and remedies to cleanse negative status effects and buff up your character in games, you can transform fear into courage, anxiety into acceptance, and regret into gratitude – giving yourself powerful stat boosts for life's challenges.

Stress is connected with 6 of the top causes of death in America.
And nearly 50% of adults in the US reported feeling more stress and anxious than last year, which is already around 50% of men and women.
If you're reading this, this probably includes you.
What if I told you that there was a doctor who studies thousands of patients over a 20 year span to create a scale from 0 to 1000, in a logarithmic base 10.
Now before we get lost in math, this scale is meant to represent a calibrated measure of consciousness with the level 200 being considered the threshold of constructive energy.
So while 200 would technically be 10 to the power of 200 (or 10 with 200 zeroes after it, sheeesh!)
What that means is that build, which is a score of 30, is WAYYYYYY down in the destructive energy space.
Grief, Fear, and even Desire, scores 75 - 125, all are in the realm of 10 with 75 zeroes away from Courage (200).
Talk about Sandbags!
It's the difference between soaring to your dreams or being stuck on the ground.
This is why Melissa's story of simply releasing her limiting emotions allowed her to find success so quickly.
She literally shot into the sky.
To put a visual on what this looks like. There was groundbreaking research by a Dr. Masaru Emoto,
Where he demonstrated how emotions affect water crystals.
He showed, without a doubt, that positive emotions can create bonds within water, and negative emotions destroy bonds within water.
Just as Dr. Hawkins indicated with his research. Don't just take my word for it, look at these amazing images.
Given that our bodies are primarily water, this suggests our emotions physically impact our cellular structure.
And if our cells are compromised with negative emotions, then you can see how this is draining us of energy to live our best lives.
Or at a minimum, have the energy to overcome our challenges.
I'm not sure about you, but if I had to fight a boss level, such as an interview, or a test, or a performance in front of thousands of people, I'd choose to have full health and status boosts.
So lets go cleanse these negatives status effects plaguing you in the game of life.
